Very pleased with the accuracy

We were probably the only people to witness the 2015 Eclipse near the Faroe Islands thanks to the Captain of the Oriana finding the only clear view of the Sun. Nobody saw the eclipse on land due to bad weather. We sailed around in circles near the Faroe Islands and these maps are so good it recognises our journey accurately. The maps provided by P&O don’t even record the diversion to the Faroe Islands from the usual journey to Norway so rest assured these maps are accurate, and the customer service team answered all my concerns. I am very pleased with the results and purchased the digital version to use as I wish, and we have a wonderful record of our unique cruise to see an Eclipse of the Sun and the Northern Lights

Wonderful souvenir and excellent customer service.

I actually ordered my Cruise map whilst still on board the Queen Mary 2, on the return trip from New York to Southampton.
Delivery was arranged by Evri and expected in a very reasonable time frame.
However Evri didn’t produce the goods and when I contacted Cruise Maps they couldn’t have been more helpful.
It turns out that Evri had lost my map. So within days Cruise Maps, at their own expense, sent me another one, this time with DHL.
The map is a beautiful reminder of a once in a lifetime trip and I’m delighted with it. It’s a quality product.
I’m also really impressed with the speedy action of the company in discovering the problem and solving it effectively.

Ordered a cruise map which was dealt with and delivered very promptly. Unfortunately there was an error due to one of the ports missed being off. No problem though. Dealt with Polly who handled everything very politely and efficiently and a corrected version arrived in a few days.
Very impressed with their product and their attention to ensure customer satisfaction. Highly recommended.

It was a wonderful idea when the Cruise Maps team came up with the idea to create an a4 book to display the cruise maps in. We absolutely love ours. It sits proudly on the coffee table. Such great quality too.

Disappointing no

The map was nice and the quality was good. It would be much more useful to label the locations and add the dates for the locations.
