Refund policy
As we sell entirely bespoke, custom-built products, we have a general no-returns policy.
There are two exceptions to this policy:
1) If your order is damaged in any way.
2) If your order in incorrect, or inaccurate.
Damaged Orders
Please inspect your order carefully upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@thecruisemaps.com if the item is defective or damaged in any way. Please take photographs of both the product and the packaging and include these photographs in your email so that we can promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.
Incorrect or Inaccurate Orders
If you think you have received the wrong order, or if the product is inaccurate in any way, please take photograph and send them to hello@thecruisemaps.com immediately, explaining the issue. We will promptly evaluate this. If we are at fault for that issue, we will either replace or refund your order as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
In the event that we replace your order through it being damaged, incorrect, or inaccurate we will not inconvenience you by asking you to return the product to us. As a bespoke product, this would not be useful. However, we may in certain instances ask for proof that the original order has been destroyed before sending a replacement.
