From the easy to use website to the end result this has been a great experience. Immediately after ordering I was contacted with a couple of questions and each email was from the same person, (thanks Des) making it seamless. The map arrived very quickly, three days later to regional New South Wales.

Excellent Customer Service

I purchased for a friend as a memento of her first cruise. This unfortunately after being recieved by the delivery company went missing. I tried to resolve through the delivery company, but eventually went quiet. I contacted Cruise Maps who expedited the problem and confirmed that the parcel had gone missing.
Des then arranged for another print to be shipped via a different delivery company, with no issues.
My friend was delighted with her map and memory of our cruise. Excellent product and service.

Amazing customer service

I had an issue receiving my map — it was no fault of The Cruise Maps, but rather through a shipping partner of theirs. After a while of waiting for the shipping partner to fix the issue, I reached out to The Cruise Maps to see if there was anything they could do to help. They took great care of me and I love my map! It’s to commemorate my fiancé and I’s first cruise together. I’m looking forward to building our map collection as we continue to cruise through the years.
