Excellent product and superior customer service

There was an initial delay of on the part of The Cruise Maps' shipping partner, and I can't recall a better customer service response to my concern that my map would not be received in time for Christmas gifting. In this time of poor customer service with so many companies, I want to commend The Cruise Maps and particularly Des for his superb customer service and timely responses to all of my concerns. Due I'm sure to dedicated work by Des, I received my map in time and was delighted with the quality of the product. I will be certain to recommend your company to all of my friends and family who cruise.

Fab map and great customer service

Really impressed with the customer service I received when my map didn’t get delivered because of a glitch at the delivery company. A replacement map was made and sent to me by express courier very promptly and I was kept informed along the way. The map is amazing and I can’t wait for my husband to open it on Christmas Day! Very pleased with the accuracy

We were probably the only people to witness the 2015 Eclipse near the Faroe Islands thanks to the Captain of the Oriana finding the only clear view of the Sun. Nobody saw the eclipse on land due to bad weather. We sailed around in circles near the Faroe Islands and these maps are so good it recognises our journey accurately. The maps provided by P&O don’t even record the diversion to the Faroe Islands from the usual journey to Norway so rest assured these maps are accurate, and the customer service team answered all my concerns. I am very pleased with the results and purchased the digital version to use as I wish, and we have a wonderful record of our unique cruise to see an Eclipse of the Sun and the Northern Lights
